Removing (i.e., uninstalling) a program in Windows 7 is very easy.  Just follow these steps:


1) Go to the Start Menu.

2) Click on Control Panel.

3) There are three views available in the Windows 7 Control Panel.  Make sure you are in Category view.  You can change the view by using the drop-down menu that is labeled "View by."

4) Find the PROGRAMS category.

5) Select "Uninstall a program" by clicking with your mouse.

 

6) A new window appears and the list of installed programs is populated.[?]

7) Single-click on the program you want to remove so that it is highlighted.

8) From the file menu at the top of the window, choose "Uninstall."

9) A confirmation window will appear.  If you want to remove the program, click "Yes" or if you want to cancel the uninstall, choose "No."

10) If you decide to uninstall the program, just follow the wizard which will appear for the removal of most programs.  We really can't show this as almost every wizard is different.
